No matter what your background, where you have come from, or what is in your past – everyone is welcome at Covenant Grove Church. This is a transformative community – God is changing lives here. You don’t have to have it all figured out before you come. We go to His Word and find timeless truth that connects us to eternal love. Everyone is welcome.
When we started the church 5 years ago there were people from other churches that wanted to help us out – some gave financial gifts, others donated time, some helped us figure things out, others joined our church. All of these were incredible gifts from our providing God – and we welcomed every gift with gratitude.
We are moving our Sunday mornings to Orchard Elementary in a few weeks, and everyone is welcome. There are people in the new neighborhood who have said that they are ready for us to come, and want to check out the church. Praise the Lord! There are people from other churches who have asked if they can help us move, or pray for us, or give a gift to help with moving expenses. Praise the Lord! Everyone is welcome!
March 8th will be our last Sunday at Enochs. We will have our regular service, but end the service with prayer and thanks for all the lives that God has reached through our time at Enochs. We are so thankful for the space and the school and the work the Holy Spirit has done. We will then be moving, and providing food (of course!), into new storage near Orchard. Everyone is welcome to help us – from our church, other churches, or no church. On March 14, on Saturday evening, 5:30-8:30pm, we will gather for prayer and do a rehearsal for our first Sunday service. We will have food again! And yes, everyone is welcome. It is all about bringing His hope, because people really need His hope. Then on March 15 we have our first service. Yes – everyone is welcome! Three weeks later (April 5) is Easter, with a huge Easter Egg Hunt for kids. We want to invite the neighborhood and tell them that everyone is welcome. We will be having two services that day – for the first time in our church’s history.
Dedicate yourselves – because the Lord will do great wonders among you (Joshua 3:5). The Lord is moving and changing lives. We are being changed, and we are reaching out with His love and hope. It makes a difference being in a church family. Everyone is welcome.
