I have some great news - God has raised over $110,000 in 8 weeks for our Property Fundraising Campaign.  This is amazing!  Our God is so good.  We are just $13,000 from our $125,000 down payment goal.  Now we are ready to start talking about the improvements we need to live out God's mission as we move in.

The goal was never to just move into the building - the goal was to live out God's mission and invite people into our church.  As we are moving into our new building, we want a ton of new people moving in with us! We need to put up new signs, send out a mailer, get up new banners, and get the word out that there is a new location for our church - where lives are transformed by Jesus.  We also need to make sure it is an amazing experience when people come to the building - this will include paint, decoration, landscaping, and incredible spaces for kids, youth, and college/career.  We have a goal to raise another $25,000 - to get started on these projects and continue to invite people to join our church family and know God's love in community.

These are exciting times. These are days that people look back on with joy.  God has granted that we get to be a part of these days in the life of this church.  If you are reading this, even from far away, you are a part of this with us.  Keep praying for our church, every day.  Pray that we will live out the mission and keep our focus on reaching people with Christ.  Keep supporting our church in crazy generosity - look at what God has done in just two months!  This is Kingdom giving - and lives will be changed because of this generosity.  And keep telling people about what God is doing at Covenant Grove.  These are exciting times!!

One more thing - we will be having a walk-through of the building (4825 Roselle, Modesto) on Monday, May 18th, at 6:30pm.  We will start with prayer (we always do). Then we will have time for people to walk around, dream and pray over the spaces, and ask questions.

God is on the move!  And we are following Him together!!
