Roots Youth Ministry is a place for Middle School (6-8th grade) and High School students to grow closer to Christ, have fun with others, worship passionately, grow in their faith, and make a difference together–all while having a blast!
Wednesdays, 7:00-8:40pm @church
Middle School (6-8th grades) and High School (9-12th)
Youth Group is our weekly time to hang out, grow closer to Christ, have fun, worship, and pray for each other. Youth Group (grades 6-12) will meet on Wednesday nights at 7:00pm, inside at church (please wear a mask). Our new Youth Pastor Nick Tucker will be starting in January, and until then Pastor Scott has been helping lead, bringing in some old skool fun, depth, and Vision for our Youth Ministry. We have a great group of godly adult leaders, too. Youth Group is really important; we need the support, roots, fun, and connection that happen. And yes, invite your friends, too!
Join Us on Sunday Mornings
We are part of a larger church family!
Youth Group is more than Wednesday nights—it includes every day with Jesus and being part of a larger church family. Join us on Sunday mornings at 9:00 and 11:00am—outdoor, or online. This is a great chance to grow!
We love having fun, building lifelong friendships, and going deep in the faith! One of the awesome ways we do this is through Big Events. For More Info contact us!
Thanksgiving Eve Service
Nov 25, 6:00pm (outside)
THIS WILL BE YOUTH GROUP FOR NOVEMBER 25. Covenant Grove will be having a Thanksgiving Eve service at 6:00pm this year. The service will be online and outside—so bring your blankets!
There is no denying that this has been a tough year. Yet there is still so much to be thankful for. Gratitude changes our perspectives and is an antidote to anxiety. When we walk with Jesus, we know that the sun is still shining behind the storm clouds; Christ is with us in the hurricane.
End of Season Celebration
Wed, Dec 16, 7:00-8:40pm
Youth Group for December 16 will be different! We will have way more time to hang out, catch up, and have fun. Your leaders have some surprises up their sleeves, so be ready for a great night for our last YG of a crazy year. God has done some amazing things, and we are so proud of our youth for how they have stepped up, gone deep, and made their faith their own. This is our last YG of 2020, so make sure you make it!!
