On Campus Services This Sunday!
Beginning this Sunday, Covenant Grove will resume On Campus Services. We will use an online reservation system, have indoor and outdoor seating, and have services at 9:00 & 10:45am. We will continue our online services for those who are sick or at risk, or for any who feel more comfortable with that option. Masks will be needed indoors (and recommended outdoors), there will be no “common” items (like the offering basket passed), families will worship together (nursery will be available for babies), and we will practice physical distancing. No matter if you worship On Campus, Online, or In Groups—we want everyone to keep the weekly habit of worshiping Jesus. It makes a big difference. Coming in July, On Campus worship will be back!

Support our church as we live out God’s mission
Throughout this pandemic, our church has been working harder than ever—making hundreds of calls, providing financial help to those in need, giving care and listening to the anxious or angry, and delivering over 800 care packages to kids, youth, and senior citizens. If you can help out, let us know. If you need help, let us know—we are here to help. We aren’t a video church; we are a family—life is better together!
Hope Quotient (Next Sermon Series)
HQ is a person’s “Hope Quotient,” and it determines so much about a person’s life. In July, we will talk about key factors that grow or diminish a person’s hope, and how discouragement is deadly. We all get discouraged; what we do when we are discouraged changes everything. True Hope comes from faith in Christ—and it is lived out in our attitudes, actions, and outlook. Get ready for a powerful time filled with practical lessons for life. And invite others to join you online, in home, or on campus at church.
On Campus Safety Measures
Stay home if sick or at risk—If you are running a fever or showing symptoms of COVID-19, or if you are at risk please stay home and participate online.
Physical distancing—Please stay 6 feet from those not in your family (indoor and outdoor). We love hugs and handshakes, but those will come later, and we are focused on being together.
Families worship together—The nursery will be available for babies through 18 months. Kids will experience worship with their families.
Please wear a facemask—Our state and county have asked everyone to wear a facemask in public settings, especially inside. Kids under 2 years old, those on stage, or people with disabilities do not need to wear a mask. Masks are recommended but not required for outdoor seating (maintain distancing).
Hand sanitizer and cleaning—Sanitizer will be everywhere, we have modified our church building, and we will increase cleaning of handles and surfaces.
No common items—Communion, coffee, pre-packaged food, and name tags will be handed to you. Offering will be online or in a bucket. There will be no pens, cards, or bulletins (all information is online.
We have been meeting in homes for months, and our campus needs a little TLC! On July 11, we will gather to work on our church campus. We will be here from 9:00am to noon, and you can come and go as needed. We have a lot of projects to do together, including weeding, trimming, windows, and more. We are a family, and we need as many people as possible to join us—many hands makes light work! Plus, it is bonding to work together: relationships are formed and deepened. Let’s sweat together…for Jesus!
