REFUEL Worship Night
REFUEL is an outdoor and out loud night of worship! There will be a short devotional, but this is a time to come together and praise the name of Jesus. We did these through the pandemic, and they were powerful. We are excited to do another one! Join us on Friday, July 23, at 7:00pm. We will also be doing dinner at 6:00pm—we will provide the food, so you can come straight from work or home. Worship together is vitally important, and this will be a night to remember. Mark your calendar, make sure you make it, and feel free to invite others to this fun, powerful night together.

The Way of Wisdom (Proverbs sermon)
Our world needs God’s wisdom. Our current sermon series is looking at the book of Proverbs and covering great topics like work, money, speech, marriage, and sex. Proverbs were written to help God’s people know how to make good choices and live well with Him. Wisdom is more than knowledge; it is the way of living a good life with the Lord. Our choices matter, and one of the wisest things we can do is learn from the wisdom of God. So join us every week for this great series, and invite others too. You will gain some incredible wisdom for your life!

Radiant Covenant Church Plant
Church planting—especially after a pandemic—is an amazing and bold work of God’s Spirit to reach non-churched people and invite them into the way of Jesus that radiates God’s love and power (Psalm 34:5).
Covenant Grove and Modesto Covenant are partnering together to plant a new church in Modesto, led by Zach and Jill Riley, named Radiant Covenant Church. Our church is supporting them through prayer, giving, and sending people. Be praying for Zach and Jill every day, and prayerfully consider if the Lord is asking you to join their Launch Team. Giving to the Building Hope Initiative financially supports their church, too.
All Church Meeting
Our church makes big decisions together. This includes welcoming new members, voting for new Council leaders, and voting on next year’s budget. At our last meeting, we voted for a new Council member and called Brent and Serena to pastoral leadership! These meetings are prayerful, Vision-filled, and corporate times to do life together as a church. Church members can vote, and the meeting (like our church) is open for everyone to pray and participate. The All Church Meeting is on Sunday, August 8, 2:00pm, in person at church.
