Christmas Eve Services
Covenant Grove will be having our Christmas Eve services on December 24 at 3:00 and 5:00pm. Mark your calendar and plan on making it—and invite your friends and family too. This is the best way to celebrate Christ at Christmas. We will sing Christmas songs, hear a Christmas message, and end by singing Silent Night.
We want to invite everyone to come. This is a service that a lot of new people visit, and this is the perfect time to come to church, renew your faith, and hear how much God loves you. Jesus is the peace of the world—love came down at Christmas. Our church is a safe place for people at all places on their spiritual journey. We hope you will join us for Christmas.
Youth Family Game Night
This night will be a great way to celebrate the holidays as a youth group, and what better way to do that than by competing in some of our favorite youth group games with our parents!
Parents, we would like to invite you to join us on Wednesday night, December 8th, at 7:00pm for food, games, and just a fun night of connection! We’ll be serving up some chili made by one of our volunteer leaders, spending time over a meal connecting with each other, and then it’s game time! We invite you to play in some of our favorite youth group games with and against your students. This is an awesome way to not only make memories with your students, but to laugh and find restoration for our hearts before Christmas break shows up!
Yearend Gift: Fueling the Mission
Covenant Grove is all about the mission of Jesus, and your giving fuels the mission. In the last year, giving has empowered us to hire new ministry staff, reach new people, help those in need, and start a new church plant. Next year, we want to continue the mission of God—reaching new people, building a home in Mexico, having over 40 service projects in our community, and expanding our outdoor gathering space. Your giving makes a difference.
Please consider giving a special yearend Christmas gift to Covenant Grove. Giving to God’s work blesses our hearts and makes a difference. Your yearend gift will spread the love of Jesus to the world. Thank you for fueling the mission of God!

Hope is Born
This Christmas, we will be focusing on Jesus and the hope we have in Him. Christ is the Wonderful Counselor, Savior, Prince of Peace, and Mighty God. Join us each Sunday at 9:00 and 11:00am as we move towards Christmas. Invite friends and family to join you as well; this is the best way to live into the hope of Jesus.
Our world has always needed hope. God’s hope is stronger than wishful thinking or positive dreams. Jesus was born in a manger because there was no room for His family at the inn. Christ understands how life can be hard, yet His life, death, and resurrection are the source of the world’s true hope. Advent is the time before Christmas, marked by an attitude of expectant waiting. As we remember His first coming, we look forward in hope for His second coming.
New Devotional: Luke
We have a new devotional for the Gospel of Luke. This is a great way to get yourself focused on Jesus as we head into Christmas. One of our most important habits is being in God’s word daily. Our church puts out daily devotions in print and on social media. That’s because spending time in God’s word is so important. Grab a devotional book at the Event Table, follow along and add comments on our Facebook or Instagram pages, or email the church office if you would like us to mail you a booklet.
Jesus loved eating with people, and so do we! Every second Sunday we will be doing a potluck together as a church family. So bring a dish to share, and bring some friends with you too. We will be eating at 10:15am, so stay late after first service and come early for second service so you don’t miss this opportunity to spend more time together. Life is better together!
