Indoor Worship Is Back!
Sunday, 9:00 & 11:00am
Indoor worship is back—and we are excited! Covenant Grove will be having services at 9:00 and 11:00am. We have had some amazing services outdoors (and will continue to have an outdoor option), and we are excited to be back indoors together. This season has grown us stronger in faith, developed perseverance, and raised up more prayer. No matter how you choose to worship—indoor, outdoor, or online—our church is here to help you follow Jesus, connect with others, and make a difference with your life.
Every Sunday, join us for worship! Worship is one of the most important habits we can have in life—it connects us with the Lord, reminds us of what is important, and gives us a great focus for the week. Our spiritual habits determine our spiritual health, and our spiritual health changes everything. Worshiping Jesus every week is a refuel for the soul, which everyone needs. So join in each week. Our church loves God, is down to earth, and loves to have fun. And invite others, too!
For our on campus services, we will be following safety measures, including distancing and wearing masks. Our Kids Ministry will begin by having classes through 1st grade, and adding classes for older ages as we move forward. Let’s be praying big prayers for our church and our world. We are in this together!
PoliticIDOLatry (sermon series begins Oct 18)
Could we be making an idol out of politics? Both sides seem to be divided, angry, and accusing the other side. Are we worshiping the donkey or the elephant more than Jesus—the Lamb of God? For three weeks, we will be looking at the important messages of the prophet Amos. This ancient prophet spoke to a country in spiritual decline, yet they blamed everybody else. We will explore Amos’s message and how it applies in our lives today. God has a plan for the soul of our country, and we need to reclaim God’s plan and our part for the future. This sermon series begins October 18, and you will not want to miss it!
Blessing Ustach Serving Event
This has been an especially tough year for teachers and school administrators, and our church wants to bless the faculty and staff of Ustach Middle School. We are going to pack over 90 bags with little gifts and personalized thank you notes to every single person at their school. We want to go above and beyond to bless them—over 90 people!
We will be gathering on Sunday, November 8 from 2:00-4:00pm. We will meet inside, write notes, and stuff the bags. The music will be blasting, and we will have fun. All ages are encouraged to come! This is a chance for our church family to be a big blessing!
Many people ask how they can help with this project financially. The best way to give is to give your prayers (they really help). If you would like to help this project, give a special gift to the church General Fund—which is funding this project and all the ministry we are doing to bless people’s lives. Thanks!
Are you ready to become a member at Covenant Grove? We are a church that exists to live out the mission of God—sharing with His love, blessing the world, serving each other, and growing closer to Him. Becoming a member is making a commitment to a church family; this commitment blesses the church and your life.
At the Membership Class, we will cover the history and future of Covenant Grove, including the biblical mission and values that guide all we do. We will also talk about our larger church family (The Evangelical Covenant Church denomination), core beliefs, and the spiritual habits (called The Rooted Life) we commit to together as followers of Christ.
Our next Membership Class is on Sunday, October 25, 2:00pm, at Covenant Grove. Let us know you are coming by marking this on your Connect Card, or you can email the church office (email@example.com).

Do you want something fun to do with your family on Halloween? We have a spooktacular car scavenger hunt planned just for you! Meet at church on Saturday, October 31st at 10:00am. Each family will begin at church, then navigate in their own cars using clues to find each roadblock. You will complete a family challenge at each roadblock in order to receive your next clue.
