Ash Wednesday marks the beginning of Lent, a season for setting aside things that over-fill our lives in order to journey with Jesus toward the cross and new life! This evening is a reflective and tangible reminder of our humanness and dependence on the Cross. As the season of Advent prepares us for the real meaning of Christmas, the season of Lent prepares our hearts for the joy of Easter. Kids are encouraged to come and participate as well!
