This week, we were able to celebrate fully paying off our mortgage! In that vein, we also discussed surrendering our finances to the Lord. This can be a difficult discussion for many people, but if we can change our view of our finances and possessions from something we need to hold onto and control to something we can use to bless others, we can start living into the healthier life that God wants for us. After all, God owns and provides our material possessions, we just manage them. What might Jesus be asking you to surrender today?
